The stylish brand new Villa Venezia offers four one-bedroomed apartments situated in a quiet, green residential area, right in the heart of Lido di Jesolo. Well-equipped, centrally located and only a few steps away from the beach, Villa Venezia suits couples and families (from a minimum of two people to a maximum of four) searching for a relaxing holiday.

This self-contained modern house of beautifully furnished apartments is just 600 metres from its own private beach and only a five-minute walk from Lido di Jesolo’s main street, where a huge array of bars, restaurants and shops for all tastes can be found. There is a supermarket on the doorstep and within a few hundred metres guests will find all sorts of facilities for relaxation and entertainment, from tennis courts to Aqualandia, one of the largest water-parks in Italy. Villa Venezia will be particularly appealing to all golf-lovers as the new 18 hole Golf Club Jesolo is only ten minutes walking distance away. Special reductions on green fees are available to Villa Venezia guests.

For an even more comfortable and relaxing holiday, guests are invited to use all the facilities of Hotel Principe Palace, Villa Venezia’s sister hotel, which is situated just 500 metres away. These include the rooftop pool with a fabulous view of the resort, the option of dining in the fourth floor restaurant, having a drink at the hotel bar, enjoying the occasional live music evenings which take place on the pool terrace or lying on the hotel’s private beach equipped with free umbrellas and deckchairs.

The four apartments are arranged as follows: two on the ground floor, which include a small but pleasant garden and two on the first floor which have large terraces. Each apartment has its own entrance and comprises a bedroom, which can be either double or triple, a bathroom with shower and a lounge/kitchen with a sofa double bed for two people. Cots are available on request.

All apartments have a stylish interior and offer all modern comforts – air-conditioning, washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, central heating, electronic safe, satellite television and hairdryer. Each apartment is allocated a bicycle and a parking space for either guests’ own or a hired car. Guests may also book excursions through the Principe Palace Hotel.

On arrival linen and towels are provided.

The apartment will be cleaned for your arrival and again on the day of departure.
